Welcome to Claw Baby, owned and operated by Claw Media Pte Ltd, a company registered and headquartered in Singapore with offices in Vietnam and India. By accessing or using our app or website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
By using Claw Baby, you confirm that you comply with local laws in your country.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to play games, purchase tokens, or redeem prizes.
You are responsible for maintaining account security (login, password).

3. Tokens & Purchases

Tokens are virtual credits used to play games and redeem prizes.
All token purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Prices are displayed in local currency and may include applicable taxes.

4. Gameplay & Fair Use

We strive to ensure fair play and machine integrity.
Cheating, exploiting bugs, using automated systems, creating multiple accounts, or using unauthorized third-party tools is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Claw Media reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action where fraud, abuse, or unfair play is reasonably suspected.

5. Prize Redemption

Prizes won in games can be redeemed via the redemption mall.
Shipping fees and credits may apply, depending on user location (see Shipping & Refund Policy).
Claw Media reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value if necessary.
Claw Media reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, cancel, or reject any prize, reward, or claim if fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Prizes are shipped via third-party logistics providers.
Delivery times vary by country. Claw Media is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen events.

7. Refunds & Returns

Token purchases are non-refundable.
Physical prizes can only be refunded/replaced in cases of proven defect or incorrect item delivery (see <a href='https://www.clawbabyworld.com/en/shipping-refund-policy'>policy</a>).

8. Limitation of Liability

Claw Media is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by external factors.
Services are provided “as-is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may close their account at any time via app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Disputes will be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction.
